Roast Beef and Cheese on kaiser roll

We all have work to do around the house. These things have to get done, as much as we try to push them off. Here we have roast beef saving the day from boring ironing. The provolone cheese melts into the folds of meat on a bed of lettuce, flavored nicely with hot and sweet mustard. It’s worth the break, but make sure this juicy beef doesn’t drip onto those linens. But who knows– if you have to re-wash it, you may find a grilled cheese waiting for you in the laundry room. Sandwich miracles happen.
