Turkey and Cheese on wheat bread thin


“They used to shoot sandwiches in places outside of their house,” you might say. You’d be right, but when you think of a warm sandwich like this on the cold days we’ve been having, what pleasure would we derive from taking it on the road? Chipotle mayonnaise combines with the spiced three-cheese taco blend to add a nice zip to a traditional turkey sandwich. It’s toned, in some way, by the grilled wheat bread thin, and the crisp-cheesed edges provide a textural thrill. Maybe staying home isn’t a bad way to go, but when the weather breaks, we’ll make an effort.
