Chicken BLT on multigrain
Okay, let’s blow up the BLT and start over: Turkey bacon, the good stuff– not the Oscar Meyer or Butterball. Sun-dry the tomatoes. Toss that iceberg and give me mixed greens, with spinach and kale. Alright, now we’re cooking here. While sliced chicken is not the best way to enjoy our feathered friend, it makes sandwich stacking pretty easy. So now we’re walking the red carpet with a delicious companion (if you can keep the tomatoes from falling out) and strutting our stuff. Those other BLTs are cool and all, but you decked this one out, because you know life ain’t easy for a BLT, but one night can be grand if you do it right.
