Hot Turkey and Cheese on bread thin

“That turkey doesn’t look hot.” Neither do you, jerk. As you can see from the background, it’s been busy around here, and sometimes you just make a sandwich with what you have laying around. Never short on turkey at our sandwich headquarters, we decided to jazz it up by heating it in a frying pan with shredded colby jack cheese on top. Sure, it didn’t melt as much as we hoped it would, but it was still pretty darn tasty. Add chipotle mayonnaise to the mix for one more kick in the taste buds. Throw the used knife in the sink.
