Turkey Pastrami on rosemary olive roll


The last time we featured pastrami, we were put on indigestion medicine for a solid month of discomfort. We never learn. Here’s turkey pastrami on a roof. It’s a nice season to sit out and catch some rays, and while this isn’t a hot sandwich, it’s certainly “hot” for all it’s flavors and fragrance. The dried, seasoned, salty meat folds nicely on this dinner-sized roll, which features even more flavor– rosemary and olives baked in. One bite could fill you with delicious smoked meat, sweet mustard, and maybe even an olive. There’s a lot more going on in this sandwich than it looks, huh? Similarly, there’s a lot going on in the mind of that person you see out sunning. Give that person a sandwich and tell them to take it easy today.
