Pork Roll & Cheese on hamburger bun
Pork, in roll form. It can’t be great parts coming together to form a majestic slab of pig, so we just won’t ask how it’s made. Instead, we’ll relish in the salty, crisped edges, softened by the presence of cheese and the tang of ketchup, nestled between two soft halves of a fluffy bun. It’s a decent way to start the day, and in these times, can we really ask for more than that?
