Weather’s been weird here in the northeast, so while we sun our plants by windows and long for an extended break of warmth, we can make time to enjoy mesquite chicken– a light, sweet, flavorful taste from the warm and smokey southwest. Topped with juicy grilled peppers and served on airy rosemary ciabatta, this sensation will trick your stomach into summer with ease. Yes, in due time we’ll be posting ice cream and calling for coolness, but for now we’re good with this.
