Marinated Chicken on brioche

One of the many lessons we learned in the past year is to take great care with your dentist. Unfortunately we did not, so there’s a lot of tooth-related strife getting through this delicious sandwich– namely broccoli rabe. But if you have the chompers to tear through greens, then this back-lit wonder will guide you through a still-yummy, but also slightly more health-conscious journey called lunch. Marinated chicken delivers a spiced flavor, mixing with the earthy broccoli, bound together by melted provolone, all held in the soft hands of brioche. Yes, it’s a good way to start a new year– responsible, but still fun. Be wise in, but also enjoy, 2018.
