Chicken Pate on pumpernickel


You prepare yourself for a fancy picnic. You have the basket. You have an elegant cloth to dine upon. Even your tea-like dishes are divine. So what to eat on such a special occasion? It’s outdoors and casual, but fancy by definition (“fancy picnic”). Chicken pate it is. The best way to enjoy any meat is in ground up paste form. Though the consistency is… well, inconsistent when compared to most of your chicken experience, it does give you the opportunity to let chicken reinvent itself in charming new ways. Yes, this is something that could be good for you and for chicken.
