Caprese Panini on naan
As the seasons finally begin to shift in the northeast of the United States, we take some time for a summery treat out on the patio. Moderately combine the classic caprese– mozzarella, tomato, pesto– in soft, delicious naan flatbread. Don’t have all you need? Neither did we. Healthy spinach substitutes for the original recipe’s fresh basil, which isn’t much of a change when it’s drowned in stringy cheese that’s flavored with pesto. It’s a delicious and light way to break up the cool spring afternoons.
