Scrambled egg tacos

Have you heard that theory that hot dogs are tacos and not sandwiches? And if that’s true, but we feature hot dogs here, I think that opens up the field for tacos to be sandwiches. When you take the cheese-infused scrambled eggs and slide them into those crispy, warm taco shells, then top with ketchup, you won’t even care if it’s a sandwich because you’ll be in breakfast bliss.
