Chicken tacos – April Fools’ Day

Pocketed food. Maybe that’s what we’re looking for here. A pocket to hold our goods together, making it easier to shove food into our mouths. If that defines a sandwich for you, then don’t forget the taco. Chicken on the bottom, topped with salsa, sprinkled with cilantro flakes (when the leaves can’t be found) and topped with shredded cheese. The hard-shell taco is the pocket that holds the collection together. Is it more or less of a sandwich because it’s pocketed by a big corn chip? Is the joke on us or is it on you?
