‘Tis the season for barbecues and outdoor parties. When you hit the end of the night and you stumble into bed, you can rest assured that tomorrow you’ll wake up to the semi-fresh taste of leftovers. Burgers, coleslaw, chips, beer, cakes, corn, potato salad– who knows what else? But who likes to eat a re-heated barbecue chicken leg? Too chewy. Too dry.
