Po’ Boy on baguette
The baguette is such a tough bread– a hard outer shell, but soft on the inside. Break through the exterior and spread some homemade remoulade sauce around for spicing things up. A bit of lettuce adds a nutritional kick before you stuff in as much shrimp as you can fit. Each bite will delight you, and you’ll soon learn that what they say is true: it’s what’s on the inside that counts. When the inside is full of shrimp, it counts twice.
