Buffalo Tofu on wheat bun


White, tasteless nothingness can seem so empty and joyless, until you take initiative. Bread it, fry it, cover it in buffalo sauce and now you have something to eat. Put it on a bun (because we know sandwiches are wonderful here) and throw some spinach in there. It’s like you got a new spicy life with some health in mind, and maybe you should consider that while you’re thawing out from the winter freeze. Tofu, like life, is what you make out of it. So get out there and make something delicious.
